How to take your seat

Step 1. Pay and confirm your seat

Reserve your seat, $1,497

Want to pay in instalments?

Use the same button. Instalments are offered inside the secure Square checkout, not on a separate page.

  1. Click the button above. It opens the Square checkout for this program.
  2. At the payment step, choose Afterpay instead of paying by card.
  3. Afterpay splits the total into 4 interest-free payments. There is no deposit and nothing extra to pay us.

Afterpay decides whether to approve you, not us, and your instalment agreement is with Afterpay. If it is declined, you can still pay in full with a card on the same page.

All prices include GST. There is no deposit: pay in full, or split the cost into 4 interest-free instalments with Afterpay at the Square checkout. Payment is processed securely by Square, and Celegant Braiding Academy never sees or stores your card details.

Or talk to us first

Payment for this cohort is arranged directly with us, so we can confirm your seat is still open and set up an instalment plan if you want one. Fill this in and we will send your payment link.

Request your payment link

We will come back to you with a secure payment link and confirm your seat. Use the last box to tell us which intake you want and how you would like to pay: in full, in instalments, through an employer, or that you would rather talk it through first.

This tells us whether employer or grant funding is worth discussing with you.

We reply within one business day. If you have not heard from us by then, phone (587) 873-9331, because something has gone wrong at our end rather than yours.

Prefer to do this by phone? Call (587) 873-9331. If you would rather come in and pay in person, you are welcome at Unit 316. Phone first so we know to expect you.

Step 2. What happens next

  1. A receipt and written confirmation of your seat.
  2. Your joining instructions: what to bring, where to park, which door.
  3. Any welcome pack, waiver or forms we need from you.
  4. Day one: arrive at Unit 316 in good time for your first session.

Not ready to pay yet? You can reserve your place instead. Nothing is charged, no card details are taken, and your price stays at $1,497 as long as you pay by 31 January 2027.

What happens after you pay

  • A confirmation email and a receipt, straight away, with the amount paid and your cohort start date.
  • A welcome pack with your joining instructions, the address and parking, what a session looks like, and what to bring on day one.
  • Two forms to sign: a health declaration, which includes any allergy or sensitivity you know of, and an enrolment waiver. Both come to you by email.
  • Your kit, handed to you in the first session. Nothing to collect and nothing to buy beforehand.
  • Joining instructions at least one week before the start, confirming the room, the time and anything that has changed.

If anything in that list has not reached you, phone (587) 873-9331. We would rather send it twice than have you turn up unsure.

Before you pay, the things we want you to know

  • Our certificate is a professional skills certificate, not a provincial trade certificate or licence. Read what that means before you pay, not after.
  • We make no income or employment guarantee. No cohort has graduated from this program yet, so we have no outcome data, and we will not pretend otherwise.
  • Read the refund terms on Refunds and rescheduling. They are published in full, and we will give you the terms in writing before you pay anything.
  • If you have an access requirement, tell us before you pay so we can be honest with you about whether we can meet it: (587) 873-9331.
  • If you would rather come in first, do. You are welcome at Unit 316.

Want to talk it through first?

Nobody should pay for ten weeks of training on the strength of a web page alone. Leave your details and you can call or text us straight away, or book a 15 minute call back with a braider. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed on a call.

Talk to a braider before you pay

Leave your details, then choose how you want to reach us. We keep them so that we can follow up if we miss each other, and your seat stays open for you while we are talking.

This is the number a braider will ring, so please give the one you answer.

Leaving that unticked is fine. We will still call you back and we will still reply to your question. It only decides whether we may send you course news later.

Not quite ready?

That is fine. Take the curriculum away and read it properly.

By reserving a seat you agree to our Terms of enrolment and Refunds and rescheduling policy. Celegant Braiding Academy issues a professional skills certificate; it is not a provincial trade certificate, licence, or government-recognised credential. Completion does not guarantee employment, clients or income.
